About H-G Wales

We are a family in the South Wales countryside, between Abergavenny and Monmouth. We set up this small online business at the end of November 2020, initially selling unique greetings cards, prints and a selection of products from our own original photos and designs.
​
We are amateur photographers, with some beautiful images which we have taken over the years, of animals, flowers and landscapes, which we would love to share with you via our cards, prints and products.
​
Even in this age of technology and digitalisation, it still feels very special for friends or loved ones to send or receive a tangible card or gift. Spreading smiles this way helps us all keep in touch, especially when the pandemic has meant being more distant from family and friends.
​
During 2020 we have sold informally and received excellent feedback. So we would now like to launch the business, and see if we can make it successful - spreading smiles to you all.
​
Our aim is to provide you with high quality items and great customer service.
​
We have also produced commissions from customers' own photos and original paintings, so please do get in touch if you would like to discuss that, or to explore whether we can produce something more personally customised for you.
​
If all goes well, once we are a little more established, we will add more products to our range, and we have been asked to represent and help local artists to make cards and products from their work. We are very much looking forward to doing that in 2021.

At the end of each quarter, we will also donate 10% of whatever profit we make to charities - spreading smiles to more people in Wales, the UK and the world.
