  • We are pleased to accept online order and payment transactions.  Please see our Important Information section on secure payment methods​.  If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay an/or non-delivery of your order

  • You are deemed to make an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process.  We will confirm your order

  • Our acceptance of your order takes place when we receive your payment

  • We may refuse to accept an order:

  • Whilst every effort is made to ensure the images and content on our site match as closely as possible to those of the actual product, some colours may vary​ and we may need to adjust the on demand images (size, crop, resolution etc.) to best suit a product you select

  • Prices are shown in pound sterling (£) and include VAT at the current rate

  • Whilst every effort to make prices, product descriptions and measurements as accurate as possible, no responsibility will be accepted for errors and omissions

  • When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process

  • The prices we charge for our products and shipping are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur

  • By distance selling law, you have the right to cancel your order, within 14 days of receiving it​

  • The cancellation period expires after 14 days

  • Your right to cancel does not apply to orders of £42.00 or less

  • In order to cancel, you must formally inform us by sending an email to hello@hgwales.com before the 14 day deadline, ensuring that you provide a clear statement of your decision to cancel

  • We will then acknowledge receipt of your cancellation by replying to your email

  • We will require the product to be returned to us, undamaged, within 14 days of your cancellation email to us

  • We will reimburse the product cost via your payment method, but not the shipping or return costs, within 14 days of receiving the product back from you

  • We may, without prior notice, change the products and services; stop providing the products and services; or create limits for the products and services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the products and services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the foregoing, with respect to automatically-renewed subscriptions to paid services, such subscriptions will be discontinued only upon the expiration of the respective period for which you have already made payment
